What happens when we meet parts of ourselves who don't want to change? Or feel and believe intolerable things? What if they are always sabotaging our efforts at healing, or convinced there is no point, or we're not even worthy of getting better? What do you do when these parts keep throwing hurdles in your way? Gaining awareness of these parts is step one, and then creating safe spaces to get to know these parts, learn what they are doing for us, and coming to truly understand their strengths can be a powerful way of re-balancing and re-directing the energy these parts expend on their negative feelings and behaviours. What if we could transform self-criticism into self-respect? What if we could re-balance over-thinking to become focussed attention on activities that recharge our own batteries? These are just some of the ways we can transform the shadow parts that have been holding us back from health and happiness. Join us in this powerful set of sessions to bring light and understanding to your own difficult parts, with the support of a loving group and coach.
